Build fail — the build broke, red with an error that has to be fixed.

Catch blockcatch-block

A catch block — where a failure lands and is handled, the safety net.

Cloud alertcloud-alert

Cloud alert — something is wrong up in the cloud, an error or a degraded service.

Confidence intervalconfidence-interval

A confidence interval — the truth is somewhere on this line, the range of the estimate.

Event failedevent-failed

A lightning bolt beside an X — an event whose handler failed.

Lossloss

Loss — how wrong the model still is, the objective that training drives down.

Loss curveloss-curve

A loss curve — the training error coming down over time as a model converges.

MCP server alertmcp-server-alert

MCP server alert — something is wrong with this server and it needs attention.

Model failmodel-fail

A model core with an X inside — a model call that failed and returned an error.

Page errorpage-error

A window with an X inside — a page that failed to load or returned an error.

Throwthrow-error

Throw — eject the error out of this block and make it somebody else's problem.

Workflow failworkflow-fail

Workflow fail — the flow broke partway, an error turned it red.
