License
MIT, for the code and the icons alike — commercial use, no attribution, no conditions.
Everything in IconMind — every icon, every framework package, the tooling, the site — is released under the MIT License.
What you can do
- Use the icons in commercial products, client work, and paid apps.
- Use them in print, video, presentations — any medium.
- Modify them: recolour, resize, combine, redraw.
- Redistribute them, including inside your own open-source projects.
- Ship them in products with any number of users or seats.
No attribution is required anywhere. Credit is appreciated, never demanded.
What you cannot do
- Claim the set itself as your own work and sell it as a competing icon library.
- Use the IconMind name or site design to imply endorsement.
That is the whole list. There is no CLA for contributors either — by contributing you agree your work joins the same MIT license.
The fine print, honestly
The MIT license text is the legal instrument; this page is a summary and the license controls. The icons depict generic concepts — there are deliberately no brand logos in the set, so there are no third-party trademarks to worry about.
